Individual Therapy
Adult Psychotherapy
Life can become heavy in ways that are difficult to name. Stress builds, emotions feel scattered, and moments arise when it seems like you’re carrying more than anyone can see. My work with adults creates a steady, compassionate space where you can slow down, speak honestly, and make sense of what you’re experiencing.
I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, relationship strain, and major life transitions. Therapy isn’t about forcing positivity. It’s about understanding your inner world, making room for what’s real, and developing tools that help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
My Approach
I use a client-centered and collaborative style that adapts to your needs rather than fitting you into a preset model. Our work may include cognitive behavioral strategies, emotional regulation skills, meaning-centered exploration, and insight-oriented therapy—always grounded in a pace that feels supportive and respectful.
Healing is not linear. My role is to help you make sense of patterns, process difficult emotions, and strengthen the internal resources that allow you to navigate life with more steadiness and self-understanding. Many clients discover not only relief, but a renewed sense of identity and possibility.
