Meet The Therapist
Welcome to my therapy practice! I’m Lawrence Rodgers, a dedicated mental health therapist with a deep commitment to helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges. My journey into mental health care is enriched by a diverse background that includes pastoral work, chaplaincy, and years of experience in supporting people through various stages of their lives.
As a therapist, I bring a unique perspective that integrates spiritual care with clinical expertise. I am trained in several therapeutic modalities, including NTU Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other evidence-based approaches. My focus is on creating a safe and empathetic environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors without judgment.
My approach to therapy is client-centered, which means I tailor my methods to meet the unique needs of each individual. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, my goal is to empower you on your journey to mental and emotional well-being.
In addition to my clinical work, my experience as a pastor and chaplain has provided me with profound experience working with individuals, couples, and families from various walks of life, ages, and goals. I am also sensitive to those who have a faith tradition and wish to incorporate spirituality into their healing process.
Thank you for considering me as a partner in your mental health journey. I look forward to walking with you toward a place of greater peace, understanding, and self-acceptance.
